What do you mean by free home inspection?
Some of our "inspections" are free when you purchase other state certified services. We are acting as if we were your father, brother, son or "Uncle Louie" and giving you free advice on the purchase of the property. Rest assured, our inspectors are well qualified and knowledgeable, highly experienced with many of them state licensed realtors.
How long does the inspection take?
Some inspectors spend hours at the job as if they are being paid by the
hour! We are at the site less than 2 hours and in many cases, 1.5 hours, depending on size of home.
Should I listen to my realtor and use his/her inspector?
It depends. Many inspectors are "in bed" with the realtors to
schmooze over the problem areas. Since we have performed over 16,000 inspections, we know most of the realtors - the good and the bad! We never intentionally "kill the deal"!
How can I pay for your service?
We take check, cash, VISA, MasterCard and money orders.
PLEASE PAY INSPECTOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION!!!
When do I get the report?
The report is generated on the spot with an extra copy for the realtor.
You will also get a receipt even if you pay by cash. (There are no additional discounts for cash - our prices are rock bottom).
What hours do you work and what areas do you cover?
We schedule appointments 7 days a week normally around 10:00 am, 12 noon, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. In the summer, 6:00 pm is not uncommon. We travel to most parts of New Jersey and the surrounding counties of Philadelphia.
Why are your prices so low?
We believe in the Sam Walton theory of pricing - keep prices low!!!!!!!!! All of you like Wal-Mart, Sams Club, BJ's, Costco and are looking everyday for $2.00 a gallon gasoline! Some of our competitors say we are guilty of "predatory pricing", that we are driving them out of business. It's basically why Wal-Mart is forcing its competitors to lower prices or get out of the business! Even at our low prices, many of our inspectors are making $500, $750, even $1,000 a day, every day!!!!!!!
